Exercises for Breast Enlargement

Breasts are looked on by many as a symbol of beauty and to some even enhances femininity and many view “really good breasts” as large, firm and round humps on a woman’s chest. Push-ups or hand-pushing helps to tone the breast and is one of the most effective exercises you can do to enhance your breasts. You can start out with as little as 25 reps a day and do variations to the push-ups as well like wall push-ups instead of the traditional way and also up the intensity as you become more comfortable. This would be having feet shoulder length apart whilst facing a wall. Do push-ups as you would do them on the floor but use the wall as you floor.  Usually you would see results in a few months.

This one is more effective with weights, the more weight tension the better. Lay on the floor with your back flat and your knees up to make a perfect triangle below your knees. Stretch arms horizontal to the floor and lift weights upward. Hold them up until you are right above the chest and then return to horizontal position. (2-15 repetitions)

Arm Rotations

This is also a very simple exercise to help tone the muscles around the breasts and can be manipulative; i.e. can be done with or without weights. This involves moving the arm in circular motions. Start with 30 reps on each arm and then another 30 reps with both arms. You can take up the intensity to as much as you can manage just don’t make yourself excessively sore. That hurts when you cool down.

There are many variations of these exercises as well as others like the common bench press or chest press that tones and firms and build muscles that enhance the look and feel of your breasts. As I always advise though, do consult your doctor before starting any form of exercise to see if it is safe to go ahead working out.
