Get Rid of That Double Chin!

We all have insecurities, one of mine is I feel like I have a slight double chin sometimes and it makes my jawline less defined. I know I’m not the only one who sits in the mirror pulling my face tight to see how much better I would look with a facelift (lol).

So I looked into what I can do without spending 1000’s on a facelift and let’s be honest, 22 is far too young for that.

Face exercises

I know you are probably thinking what I thought – how can you exercise your face, and will that even work? Well, it does! About 10 days ago I started doing face exercises which are good for getting rid of face fat, tightening skin and therefore, defining your jawline. It’s simple and easy and no effort at all! I do it whenever I can, driving, when I’m laying in bed, waiting for the kettle to boil etc… You only need to do the exercises once a day, but the more the better, right!?

The exercises

Look up to the ceiling and do a kiss face, hold for two seconds then relax your face and do this again, 10 times (keep looking up to the ceiling throughout)

This one is hard to explain but I will try my best! Look straight ahead and push your face as far out as you can whilst doing a big frown (with teeth showing) .. you will know if you are doing it right because you will feel the strain in your neck and jaw (this one I don’t recommend doing in a public place)

I have already noticed a difference after 10 days, I’m pleasantly surprised at the results.
