The “Three Hour Diet” is the diet based on “When you eat?” not “What you eat?”. That is why this could be interesting for all of you who are not prepared to give up your favorite foods.
Three Hour Diet Plan:
1. Have a breakfast one hour after you wake up.
2. Have a meal every three hours.
3. Have a dinner at least three hours before you go to bed.
While you are on this kind of diet, you should drink eight glasses of water daily. If you drink coffee, you should drink two extra glasses of water after every cup of coffee.
