Burn It Fast: Natural Fat Burning Drink
After pregnancy, like almost every women, I had problems with belly fat. After couple of unsuccessful diets I decided to try this so called “Fastest Natural Fat Burning Drink”, and I must admit, results were pretty good:

No, really, the results are good when it comes to burning fat around stomach.
I used it after childbirth, but I believe it can beneficial to every women at any age.
This is what you need:
– 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
– 1 clove of garlic
– ½ of avocado
– 1 cup of washed fresh spinach
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 bunch of mint and parsley
– ½ cup of lukewarm water
Peel avocado and chop it into small pieces. Wash spinach, parsley and mint and dry well. Put the greens in a blender and add apple cider vinegar, ginger, garlic and mix everything well. When you got smooth mixture add honey and grated ginger. Drink it in the morning, on empty stomach and after every greasy meal. It really worked well for me, and I hope you’ll get pretty same results.
